Hello I am looking for a sub leaser for my 1 bed 1 bathroom apartment. I recently was told I’m getting transferred for work and I need to sublease this immediately. The price is $1400. The lease goes until January 2027. Square footage is 742 Sq Ft. Address is 407 W 12th street Ogden Ut 84404. Amenities that come with the apartment are pool, brand new gym, garbage pick up, pickleball court, common areas, grills, and car vacuuming station, It also come with charger in the parking lot for electric cars. Parking is included in rent and option to upgrade to cover parking is available. The landlords also told me that they would be willing to extend the leave past January if you like the place and are interested in staying longer. Included with the rent is parking, water, pest control, and valet trash, the apartment is located on the 4th floor of the balcony with a on the south side of the building so it’s more quiet as it’s on the opposite side from 12th street and it has a better view of the mountains! The building is also pet friendly and has grooming and pet areas but that would be something you would have to workout with the landlords. The place goes for a little over $1500 a month so I’m willing to pay up some of my own money to make rent a little cheaper which is negotiable Anyways let me know as again stated I need somebody to move in asap! Thanks
