We are a Wildland Fire Disaster Relief catering company operating a fleet of dispatching catering units, supporting high-volume seasonal wildland fire food services. Our operation depends on strong logistics, organization, and team coordination—and that starts with a reliable Warehouse Manager.
The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, self-starting Warehouse Manager who can take ownership of our warehouse, inventory, and distribution systems. This is not a desk job—you’ll be actively involved in keeping product moving, trucks ready, and operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
• Oversee all warehouse operations, organization, and cleanliness
• Receive, manage, and track paper products and catering supplies
• Maintain accurate inventory and ensure accountability
• Organize and manage spare parts for trucks and equipment
• Coordinate product distribution to meet team needs
• Load and support of team emergency dispatch
• Operate forklifts and assist with warehouse equipment
• Use your CDL to move trucks as needed regionally
• Oversee truck readiness, including off-season deep cleaning, maintenance scheduling, and operational efficiency
• Respond to real-time emergency operational needs and support the team
What We’re Looking For
• CDL required
• Forklift experience
• Strong understanding of logistics and warehouse operations
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Self-starter who takes initiative without constant direction
• Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, physically active environment
Compensation & Benefits
• $60,000 annual salary
• Insurance available after probationary period
• Yearly seasonal bonus based on performance
